please somebody explain how to unlock

have u tried calling customer care and getting the sim subsidy unlock code? not that hard in the US, the nbr is 18009378997. as long as u did have an acct....

Where did you get the Tmobile from, like what market (state) Tmobile because it bought different companies has different provider codes for different regions so people need to know that to help you unlock

T-Mobile usually has 31020 as configuration key in all markets, they use multilock, that means all sims from different markets will work!
