I tried the unlock w/out dongle floating on this forum and it did not work.
The unlock tries left for this phone are one or two so please be sure before posting codes.

have a different configuration key.

Why someone can't buy a datacable and read out this key for the community?

You only need a datacable and bwinlock software.

I have just bought a data cable and downloaded the required software.
Will start experimenting as soon as i receive cable.

its a serial M/F bus cable.

i have a cheap flasher and some experience with how everything works so finding that key won't be hard.
I still do not know where you're going to use the key though...
Anyways i will update here ASAP.

the configuration key is one of the values beyond IMEI on which calculation is based.

usually (in Europe and Asia-Pacific) the value is equal the network code

Nokia issues every network a dongle with hard coded configuration key, so calculation is only possible for phones locked with this key for the network

but in the US there are several configuration keys to make calculation a little bit harder and many network codes because of a lot of mergers.

so config key and network key can be the equal, but not always.

no, not on newer phones like 3650

you need cable solution only after 5 wrong tries

I haven't received the cable yet.
I should be able to give you the code next week, because that's probably when i'll receive the cable.
Can i unlock the phone with the cable? someone stated that you can using bwinlock or eeprom4....
