6310 flashes only

hi to all, i got a 6310 ,only lights flashes for a moment when turned on, goes dead and nothing,will any1 guess,is it a software or hardware problem.

i would look inside it first to rule out water/physical damage then start on the software

hi thanks for reply, that i had already done, checked board for water damege and any phisical damege,all seems allright.
