3390 from USA...

i've got a 3390 npb-1r from my cousin who came from the USA.

now my problem is that i'm here in the Philippines.. which means i got no network...

1st question:

What can i do to make it have network?

2nd :

can i flash it with 3310 flash file?

you can't really do anything, the 3390 works on 1900MHz band, while the networks in Philippines works on 1800MHz.

a 3310 flash will not work. the frequency can't be changed with software.

that's the problem with phones from u.s.a

hi sandra, your 3390 can be converted to 3310 but it will only work in 1800mhz. If your in manila go to greenhills theres a lot of technician who can convert that. Price conversion from P800 to P1,000. Hope this help.
