    is there a possible upgrade for nokia 3210 ( software , Hardware )

    Yeah, of course there is.
    Go to the download section, look for the latest ver. and download a ppm and a mcu of it.
    You need an mbus cable and a flasher to do that work. You can find them on the banner at the right top.
