Hi guys unfortunatey the phone was bought in London for someone in South Africa as a gift, the box says virgin mobile and phone says "phone restricted please enter restriction code" thats all i have sorry.

did you try another simcard from e.g. orange?

what does phone display after entering pincode?

Phone is now in S.Africa and does accept our sim cards,but after pin it says 'PHONE RESTRICTED" at the bottom of screen it says "Undo" if u select that it then asks for "restriction code'.imei is351462805712792.
