1. Turn off the phone
2. Remove sim card.
3. Turn phone back on.
4. Enter code. To access button "+" you have to press twice "*" within less than a second. To access "p" press "*" three times within one second. To access "w" press "*" four times within one second.
5. Phone should say 'Phone restriction off'.
6. Turn off phone, put sim card back in, turn it back on and away you go.
