8250 doesn't work with flash cable

Hi!

I have a 8250 that won't work with knok or rolis.

When the engine asks me to press the power button, the phone powers up and the engine times out.

I have been using the same computer + cable (different tip) with 5110s and they work just fine. I also measured the 8200 tip and all signals seemed to be in the right places.. Anyone have a 100% correct pinout?

Any ideas?

Maybe I'll try tacking on some solder onto the end of the contacts in the tip, perhaps they aren't making proper contact.

The cable tip makes contact, the pinout is correct ..

Flash type? Too long cable? Has anyone else had this problem?

Well, the correct signals go to the correct pins on the cable, and I can use LogoManager with the cable all right..

I'll try both fbus and mbus-modes again just to make sure.

I also have this problem. the flash cable works fine with 8210, but not with 8250! have any idea about this?

maybe cable is too long? my cable is about 1,20 m
how long is your Jope?
and can anyone who tried to flash 8250 tell how long is cable?

I have a real 8250 and it flashes perfect, the cable lenght isn't that long, bout 1m

try to clean your phone contact point, maybe it oxydize..

but this cable works with logomanager in m/fbus mode!
