3310 on and off problem

Hi guys,

I have 3310 v5.24, The problem is every time i search for network its goes off and restart again. Ived tried to upgrade it downgrade, upgrade to 3315 but its not work. Should any body experience this kind of trouble? Is this software or hardware problem? Hope somebody help me...

Pre, I already change na and nothing happen, somebody told me that the problem came from flash, i never try to change the flash before but may be today i will. I let you what happen after. Tnz kabayan i'm from MANILA.........
