trouble with apps

I just got a card reader for my 3650. I think all I should have to do is copy and paste the files I want to my mmc card and then put it back in the phone. But once I do that I don't know where to find them on the phone, they are not in the apps menu and nothing shows up in the app manager for me to install. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou.

P.S. Does anybody know where I can find MP3go to download.

Install a file manager (like fexplorer) and use it install your other files.
