3410 Help!!!!

Hi , my 3410 has a problem , i was using wap and it froze up , now when i turn it on it says contact service ,

is this somthing that i can fix by flashing? if so where do i start
i have a cable but its a serial cable and from what i see flasher cables are paralell ,

can anyone help?

or is it toast.


with software dl locations and cable pinouts and schematics?
