    8390 unlock help plz

    I wanted to unlock my nokia 8390 ( not sure what you guys mean by dct4)

    I'm sick of rogers and want to try another carrier

    IMEI: 010093/30/386535/9
    with Rogers ATT in Ontario

    cept when i put a fido sim card inside everything is in french and not finding a network
