    Unhappy 3310 Switching Off

    Hi,

I have a 3310 which is switching off all on its own. It seems to do this when it gets warm, in my pocket or as we've had this hot weather it seems to do it. The only way to stop this is to put the phone in the fridge, not ideal.
I heard that a resistor or capacitor removed or replaced in the phone may fix this but don't know which or where the companant is inside the phone.
Can someone please explain and maybe send me diagrams on what to do.

    Thanks
    Best regards
    STYoda

Yes if the phone switches of for no reason and all else fails, there is a small L511 chip you can remove which stops the phone switching off.
