    some help here

    i have a problem with my 3650
    the mobile was open but there no letters on the screen
    i flash the mobile many times now it give me a message
    phone start-up failed. coatct the retailer
    any one can help me

    Format user area, what flasher you using as there should be a way to do that if you have one of the big 3 DCT-4 flashers.
