as far as i know netmonitor on all dct4 phones cannot be activated because it is actaully not on the software. the only way that i know of at the moment is to find a phone that has it on it. rip the flash file then upload it to your phone

6310 dont have netmonitor

i am not sure there is a way to add it either, especially as netmonitor is in MCU parts of flashing and we cant even extract that from DCT3 phones let alone DCT4

sorry i didnt explain myself correctly. what i ment was to get a phone that has it on the phone then copy the flash file off the phone ( make a backup ) then upload that backup into a phone which doesnt have net monitor. What do you think? i have never done it myself just trying to look at logical explaintions
