My 8810 shows "Contact Service". I've tried to flash it but didn't
helped. Test in EEPROM Tools shows that COBBA Serial Failed.
Is there any way to fix it without changing COBBA ? If not can I
use COBBA from some other type of Nokia ?

You can try a re-heat! I have recovered a few like this! It could very well just be a dry solder joint!
