NCK code from Crack2d

I have used Crack2d to read out the NCK code out of my GD88 (rogers AT&T). The only problem is, the code that I got from Crack2d is 15digits and the phone have 16digits slot. What do I need to do? Thanks

just unlock it agian ..i mean read codes agian .if u get same things agian .than downgarde ur phone via flashing .after that u get compleet codes .dont use wrong way other wis u demage ur phone .for futuer asstinse contact with me .
