This means, although the [b]correct code[/b] has been entered, you have [b]used up all of your five unlock code attempts[/b] and therefore the phone will not allow the unlock.

No unlock code will ever work for you now... you need a cable unlock solution like Griffin or Neelix. Or you could take to a shop that has such equipment and ask them to unlock it for you...
