Hi I've a Nokia 7250i and I'm hoping someone can help me remove my operator lock (I think thats whats its called). Anyway:

please check imei and network is correct before entering code!

Remove SIM Card! Type #, then *-key 3 times (you get p),
then *-key 4 times (you get w),
then *-key 2 times (you get +),
then the 15 digits,
then *-key 2 times (you get +),
then lock digit (normally 1 or 7), try 7 first
then # Once the (#) as been entered you should be
prompted with a quick message saying " SIM RESTRICTION OFF "
or simular. Your phone is now unlocked......

The #pw+823271651174670+7# code should work just fine, try that one first. (no need to enter other code once phone responds with "sim restriction off" or similar, as its unlocked now)
