3310 power on problem

Hello,
i have one 3310 with strange problem. when i put phone on
a charger, it normally charges - lines goes up on the screen,
but i cannt POWER ON the phone
i can flash phone - so ON/OFF switch is ok and FLASH IC too...
No volts accross power switch.
anyone can help me?

is that your led on? is not try change the ui ic

When connect charger led diodes come on. This phone was OK, but I was put some old and no good batery in to phone and try to charge. After this try phone have power on problem.
