Bout Ur question, yep, it sure is possible.

The problem is that noone did found out how yet.

the "obvious" way of making the 3310 have animated screen saver abilities, is upgrading it to 3330. this upgrade may require a hardware changing in most of the cases, so i suggest to wait for an easier solution to come.
