Nokia 3650 AT&T need help to unlock

Just got a Nokia AT&T 3650, and they said its a locked phone and they cannot unlock it for me.So if i go abroad, i have to use their roaming service which is very expensive, so if someone can help me unlock my phone and give me specific instructions in unlocking it, i would really appreciate it.

Will be going to London and the Philippines and need to use the phone over there, possibly just getting the GSM service for the country instead of going roaming with AT&T

Ok, entered the code, then at the end, it said "Phone Restriction Off" and a box that was checked then it disappeard, so does this mean that the phone is now unlocked and can be used by any SIM/GSM network from any country???

yes, you may now change the simcard to any simcard you want..
