3310 calls only 112

when i try to call any number except 112 phone freeses, only "End" on display and antenna and battery
transmitting not works (tested with Tx tester)
when i press any key phone beeps like usually
for 10-15 seconds i can power off phone
i changed CCONT, reball COBBA
phone reflashed with full flash
full factory reset
i think phone dont recognise SIM card completely
any idea?

What is Tx tester...
And after full flash did You set the original IMEI...and have You set FAID..also how You got this problem...?!

ofcourse Imei, FAID and other bla-bla.. are OK
i think its hardware pb
