How to solve 3210 no network coverage ?

Hardware or software problem ?

ıf there is no signal,open the phone and change the first IF Filter.
that is under the second sheet of the pcb.if still no signal.try both of the network.(900-1800)if the fault remains in one of them change the faulty one.if still no reply.reball the COBBA that is below the CPU.And rehot all the asıc area of the pcb.after this operation update the phone flash or upload higher mcu+ppm file.
