Q on PPM files

what is the size of a 3310 PPM file?
577 or 576 KB?
I'm having a CONTACT SERVICE problem after flashing MCU + PPM files using rolis.
Ive tried different PPMs and MCUs for 3310 but it wont work
I also noticed that Rolis wont accept 3310 v5.57 MCU and PPM from the download section. Correct me if i'm wrong.
I load the MCU and then the PPM then flashed. Maybe u can help me find a MCU+PPM R. thanks

if thats a wintesla file you need to convert it. you can use knokphoenix.

how do i know if it is wintesla? does it have an extension?
i've tried to convert it using wt2dejan but it didnt reach the size of MCU+PPM that im using to flash my phone. thanks

wintesla don't have extension.
dejan flash is .fls and ppm manager can only open .fls file.
just flash the mcu and ppm in using rollisv4.78.
not every ppm have the same size, so not every mcu+ppm have the same size.

TRY to flash with Knok Pheonix Build 1 or Buil 1a and check adresses

the only reason that i'm asking that is

1. I can't locate "insert number" when i'm writing a message
is this based on the PPM or SIM?
2. I downloaded the xxx_557H_starttones from the download page, i dont like its ppm, but i like the antenna and battery pics. any resource on how u did that?

Use ppmmanage open that flash, then export mcu only, then you will get what you want. And the export file are in dejan format, if you want wintelsa format, download dejan2wt from nokiafree.org download page.
