    perm. blocked X-3

    is it posible to unlock the perm. blocked phone?

    can someone help?

    on this phone there is no hotline menue
    i have no ideas to solve this problem.

    I have the same problem m8 - permenatly blocked after failed prom restore. Can anyone help??
