recommended ringtone tools

can someone share/recommend/post some ringtone converter tools in here.
Tools that you tested/using and feel that it is a good tools.
for example:
1. wave to midi for use in logomanager.
2. RTTL to .re for use in ppmsplitfix/ringtoneman.
3. .re to RTTL.
4. RTTL to midi.
5. midi to RTTL.
6. RTTL to bin.
7. RTTL to binary ringtone code for send to phone using email.
