3390 is a DCT3 phone ........ No free unlock at the moment...... Best way is with cable and software..

And if you want to pay for ulock dct3 code i would say its a bad idea
caus dct3 unlocking by code does not fully unlock your fone it only opens one lock
while dct4 unlock code open all locks
so the best way is to use cable and software like Rolis 18
