I will try it out this evening when I get home, since my wife has a phone with T-mobile, so after entering the code, I can put her SIM card in to test it right way. I will let you know the result. Thanks again for your help!!!!!

P.S. In your instruction for inputting codes, should you also add the statements as:
Turn off the phone
Remove the SIMCARD from your phone & Press #
Turn on the phone,
Press *key 3 times (you get p),
Press *key 4 times (you get w),
Press *key 2 times (you get +),
Press code (15 digits),
Press *key 2 times (you get +),
Press lock digit (you see it in the calculated code)
& Press #
Phone should be unlocked now.!!!!!

Thanks, pal, for your big help!!!!! You're a supper genius!!!!! It worked. After unlocked the phone, I even put the SIM from T-mobile in the phone. Wow! it had no problem at all.
