this is a dct3 phone...

you can unlock it youreself with a data cable (serial mbus/fbus) and rolis software, buy asking for a code in the dct3 unlock section or paying for a remote code from one of the sites out there doing it for a fee

NOt all Fones unlock via Code
caus some fone have multi locks and there are no master code for dct3
so the best way is by cable and sofware
