    Unhappy 8210 somtimes looses net

I have a 8210 here (from my girlfriend) that somtimes looses network.

I flashed v5.31 into it, calculated FAID but stil problem is there. The phone can be ok for a whole day but then all of a sudden no reception.

I already cleaned antenna contacts... no change.

In old posts I read about reflowing cobba or ccont. Is there a way to see in wintesla if it really is cobba or ccont that needs to be checked? With wintesla selfstest cobba parallel and cobba serial test say passed at first... but when I hit "run"button again it sais "not valid"...

If it is cobba or ccont that needs reflowing... is there anyone in Holland that could do this for me?

    Nokdoc maybe?

    All suggestions are welcome!

    Thnx!

    RF and Antenna Switch

try first changing these parts...RF and Antenna Switch. Before changing CCONT or COBBA which requires more expertise in changing and reballing...

    Cool

I don't have hotair and other tools... nor the expertise to do so... can just handle my soldering iron so can't do it myself...
Need someone in Holland that could do it for me.
Only one i found is through Nokia service centre.. but they're expensive! For their price I could buy a used 8210.

This will sound stupid... but I've placed a piece of rubber on the cobba so some pressure is on it when I put the phone together... phone hasen't lost netwerk for 2 day now.... maybe a coincidence? Or maybe it's working (hoping so)....
