Does the 7250i have any sort of voice notes/voice dial feature?

We've got this stupid legistlation coming into play in the UK, and the voice dial is going to be a pretty important function.

Note: I've looked in the on-line manual for the 7250i, and can't find any mention. My old 3330 had a voice dial function, it'd be a shame to not be able to go for a 7250i just due to a lack of one function.

Vaguely related - anyone know if the N-Gage has voice dial as well?
