3310 was dropped down, then the keypad no. 1, 6, 9, 0, # are jam. When i changed the ic keypad (NMP or NWP 7XXXX, sorry i forgot), then keypad become normal. but just for a while. then the keypad no 1 6 9 0 #, when pressed it goes to the switching off mode (same when press off button once) and when press long, they will switch off!!! ( like on/off button). Something wrong?? maybe the lines are crossed??? i dunno...
please help...anybody had ever faced this.
