Virus Application, how to remove?

I downloaded appl called "MY TIE", phone downloaded it, and after click on "OK" phone has restarted, it show some errors on SIM card, and continue to work normally. But folder "Applications" is now empty! and when I check memory it says that applications use about 170kb. I tried to reset phone, remove battery and SIM card, nothing. I downloaded another appl and started it right after download, but folder "Applications" is still empty, and memory for applications is now about 210kb!

Please help!

have you checked in games? some applications may be saved in the games directory...

and what are these errors about the simcard? it might help in finding the source for the problem...

Well, now phone work just fine, but after click on OK (after downloading application) phone turned off and on, then was a message on display, something like SIM CAR ERROR, but it was very short and after that phone has find network and continue to work normally. But now there is no applications in phone (there are not displayed), and they use memory.

I'm totaly confused.
