Nokia composer

Can someone please guide me of how to use the nokia 3310 composer when inserting a melody by using the keypad? How to know what key to click .It really puzzles me!

just go onto a site were you can just compose with keypress
you just have to press the numbers it tells you
easy!!!!!!!!!

Tnx but the problem is that all the sites have there sequences you have to use which in fact are different from each other.
