hi does any one have a program to unlock a 6310i v5.51 as the dct4 and the dct4 clac wont work

Yeh havin exactly the same problem myself. I don't think they've found a way round the simlock improvement on the newer software versions for this phone. I think the only way to do it, is to : read the current flash on the fone, downgrade the fone with a cable unlockable version (v4. and unlock it, and flash the fone with the one u ripped off it again. I think this makes sense because the actual restriction information isn't stored in the same place as the MCU (software). Thing i'm still tryin to find out tho is if u can't unlock v5.51, can u defnitley flash it ?, and can u use one of the cheap flashers instead of spendin shitloads on griffin etc, which would cost u the same as a sim-free 6310i.
