Voice Tag In 3650

help! im using a 3650 v3.13 but i cant find the "add voice tag" toolbar in the contact options. i already read the "help" option but still cant find it. these are the only options i can see:

open
call
create message
new contact
edit
delete
duplicate
add to group
belongs to groups
mark/unmark
send
contacts info-memory and voice tags (but only help & exit appears)
help
exit

im version 3.13 too, heres how...

go to contacts
go to name u wan, den click, so u see his hp no now
options-> add voice tag.
