Backing up the My Folders

Is there any other ay to backup the My Folders (including Templates)? I believe this is the directory in system\mail and the ordering really freaks me out. Is there any program to backup this one? In PC Suite it's included in Documents, right?

It definitely backs up ur msg's so I guess it shud also backup da folders n template.

Yeah I mean I only want the my folders to be backed-up, not any other files.... even other files like .dat are included there...

The alternative I see is just like Msg Saver, but the messages aren't sorted.

Or is there any program to backup all contacts and save in a .txt file format?
