Please help my unlock my Nokia 3650s from Cingular

Could someone be so kind as to give me the codes for my two Nokia 3650s? I bought them from Cingular Wireless in Central California (a city called "Visalia", 45 miles south of Fresno). First of all, unlocking my 3650s will allow any company with a SIM card to use the 3650, correct?
