7250i Cable Help

Hi I recieved a DKU-5 cable today that I got from an E-Bay shop from Hong-Kong all the software came with it but im having trouble using PC-Suite some applications work fine and others wont work at all does anyone have any ideas

Its not easy helping you over Internet, but it could seem like you have the same problem I had some weeks ago. Do you use Nokia PC Suite 516? If you do that could be the problem.
