Unlocking 3650 via cable, PLEASE HELP

After unsuccesfull unlocking via generated codes (5 attempts ) I am trying to unlock it with serial cable. But no luck so far. I've tried various soft dct4 unlocker, testmode etc. According to readme files software should put phone in to test mode and then apply unlocking. My phone doesn't go to the test mode properly. I am really lost here. Does anyone has an idiot-proof method for unlocking 3650 with serial cable?

I got bWInlock and can read phone OK, but when I try to unlock it it says: Cannot put in the test mode.... What to do?

You need dongle...
Can use different dongle..
best combination quality/price is:
LP2002 flasher.
