    7650 with keypad problem

    hi. i have a 7650 with a keypad problem. seems like all navigation keys and menu select and clear are working. although, in numbers, only 3 6 and 9 are working. also, * and # are not working. can anyone help me here? thanks

    hi

    you will need a new ribbon 4 the keypad it cost about £10-£7
