HELP: unlocking Nokia 3650

Please help me unlock my Nokia 3650:

IMEI: 351102503441817
AT&T Wireless (31038?)

Some questions:

1. I have checked both sticky threads. I have noticed that my IMEI is: 351102 / 50 / 3 ... One of the sticky threads mentioned 351102 / 50 / 0 ... to 351102 / 50 / 2 ... for AT&T Wireless. Should I be concerned? I assume the network provider code should be 310-38. Am I right?

2. Can I have all seven codes? I was told I should use Code 7 to do master unlock. Is it true? I'm going to use my 3650 in many places in China, so it has to take multiple Chinese SIM cards and is going to be with multiple Chinese network providers too.

Another question: I don't have any SIM cards from other network providers. Can you give me a test code to check if the phone is unlocked?

All rest 351102 / 50 / 2 ... for AT&T Wireless= 31038

2) Master lock is Code 7 but in the USA The code to use is Code 1
And in other countrys exccept for some are code 7

Thank you so much. Now, do you think I could use any Chinese SIM card with any Chinese network provider? (I understand the frequency issue.) I will use the phone mostly in US with AT&T Wireless though. I have a 2-year contract.

My next job is unlocking and upgrading my two SE T616 phones. Seems to be a much more difficult job.
