c. * four times for “w”

e. Type the 15 digit code (Carefully!)

your fone worked caus ir was already unlocked
that is why you got code error

Your phone was already unlocked. If you enter codes (correct, or otherwise) into an unlocked phone you get code errors.

posted is correct. but before you use it Check if you Imei Is correct
caus you gave 2 diferent Imeis!!
1)= 351445001761054
2)= 351545001761054
double check before you use any more codes !!!!
