    Question ETI Camcorder errors after formatting 3650

    I have a n3650. At beginning I installed ETI Camcorder Full and it worked well.

    Today i have formatted phone and card with code *#7370#.

    Then I reinstalled the Camcorder, but when I try to open the app, an error message alert me that the app has shuts off, and I can't open The Camcorder!

    Why? Who can help me?

    The problems persists with camrec too!
    What should I do to use again Camcorder? What has happened?
