Flashing a nokia 3650(or any other smart phone)/software update/firmware upgrade

Ok like some of u now I work @ a nokia service point in Amsterdam(the Netherlands), en well at this moment I have a problem that I uploaded some mid files in to the mmc en if I select in te profile menu or in the contact’s menu en then group en then me ring tone it will not play, en just play the nokia tune u know the one.
So I though well just update the software , well we can’t en any service point also in the Netherlands , why because nokia don’t want to any people messing with there smart phones , not even a qualified service point , so u have to send it to a service center that works for nokia (like evic en dynafix ) , we work with this to ,but the are more , but any whay does any one of u have this problem en if so how did u fix it because I don’t wanna send me phone away if u get me drift, I work in the club nokia service point but we can’t en we are not alouded to do shit to the phone

they haf to be in the sounds folder. and oh, maybe ur mmc is loose, juz switch off fone, push it in place and try again.

y not try wavs? much better sounds.

but wav will beome to big but i will try tonight wen i get home, have to download a converterd

juz send a mp3 to ur fone via pc suite, it will convert to wav for u, the quality is similar to how the mp3 sounds on 3650, and size is onli about 1-2 mb. try it.
