Thank you for the quick response. I have entered one of the codes and it said "phone restriction off", which I assume is good. When I put my SIM card back in, it says "phone restricted" and when I choose "undo" it asks for a restriction code. I tried reentering the one you gave me and it says "phone was not restricted". Do you have any suggestions?
