8310 fall into water, no signal bar/ no network

i have Nokia 8310 fall into water, i have open the circuit and dry it using hairdryer, but when i Turn On it there is no signal bar/ no network area. Is it the software or hardware is damage? If the hardware is damage, what component is damage? Is it PA (Power Amp) or Buzzer or IC CCont? Please, somebody give me solution and schematic of 8310

Take brush and bottle of alcohol(no vodka etc... but pure spirit 96%)
and clean pcb....

before u do this u must do water damage solution, after that, try to flashing. there's no ccont in 8310... then reheat the pa at 375 degree in 7-9 sec thats all from me hope this would help

i have clean pcb with alcohol 98%, it doesn't work, bro.
Which IC is the PA one? Do you have any image or schematic PCB of 8310?
375 degree in Kelvin?

at the top of the pcb there is...PA it's black and expensive too.. so becareful ok, 375 celcius i use quick digital hot air.
