    5110 & 5130 = what's d difference?

    so whats the difference betwwen the two? i know they have different set of flash files....

    5110 - 900Mhz only
    5130 - 1800 Mhz only

    then why does it work on both networks here in the phillipines? globe 900mhz and smart 1800mhz? you mean not all sim cards in europe doesn't work in both 5110 & 5130? i believe the 5130 is made for germany...please shed light in this query.
