    am i entering the code in wrong???!!!

    Hi guys, okay... i have a nokia 8390 from canada's Roger's AT&T and i have now tried codes 1, 7, and 5... all of them came back on my phone as 'Code Error'... i have entered them in just the way it says to, ignoring all the dashes, and my phone is still locked.... I'm getting desperate guys!!! lol... can someone please help?!!! thanks guys for all your support!!!
